Valentina AI ("we", "us", or "the app") is an AI companion chat application. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Account data: If you sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymous user identifier. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
• Chat content: Messages you send, including text and voice notes, to provide AI responses. Voice notes are processed for transcription; we do not retain your raw audio recordings as part of your chat history.
• Usage data: Message counts, feature usage (such as voice, photos, and video), subscription status, and related activity needed to operate the service, enforce reasonable usage limits, and prevent abuse.
• Purchase data: Subscription and in-app purchase identifiers from Apple to verify your entitlements.

How We Use Information

• Generate AI chat, voice, photo, and video responses
• Maintain conversation memory and personalization within the app
• Enforce tier limits and deliver premium features
• Process and validate purchases through Apple
• Monitor reliability, usage, and abuse prevention

AI-Generated Content

Valentina is an artificial intelligence character. Responses, images, audio, and video are generated by AI and are not from a real person. Media displayed in the app is proprietary and is provided for in-app viewing only, subject to our Terms of Use.

Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored on secure servers operated by our hosting provider. We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate the app, including AI language and transcription services, voice synthesis, and cloud hosting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service on our behalf.

Children

Valentina AI is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
