Service Description

Valentina AI provides an AI-powered companion chat experience with text, voice, photos, and video. All companion content is generated by artificial intelligence and is for entertainment purposes only. Valentina is a fictional AI character and is not a real person. The app is not a substitute for real relationships, therapy, or crisis support.

Service Limits & Availability

Access to messages, voice notes, photos, videos, and other features is subject to reasonable limitations that may vary by account tier, subscription status, in-app purchases, and our usage policies. These limits may apply on a daily, monthly, or per-conversation basis.

• Free and paid tiers include caps on messages, voice notes, photos, videos, and related features. Premium and other paid options provide additional access—they do not guarantee unlimited or indefinite availability.
• We may adjust limits, features, pricing, or availability at any time, consistent with applicable law and App Store policies.
• We do not guarantee any minimum quantity, frequency, response time, or type of content.
• Service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All app content—including but not limited to the Valentina character, images, photos, videos, voice recordings, audio, text, memes, branding, software, and design—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content inside the app for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not:

• Copy, download, scrape, record, redistribute, publish, or publicly display app content
• Use content for commercial purposes, training AI models, or derivative works
• Remove watermarks, metadata, or proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to obtain source media or assets from the app

Messages and voice notes you send remain yours. You grant us a license to use that content only as needed to operate the service (generate responses, store conversation history, enforce limits, and prevent abuse).

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses, images, audio, and video may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or inconsistent. They are provided for entertainment only and should not be relied upon as factual, professional, or personal advice. Romantic or suggestive content is simulated and not from a real person.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this app.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Premium subscriptions and photo packs are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass paywalls or usage limits, harass others, or use the service for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

AI responses are not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Do not rely on the app for crisis support. If you are in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Apple Terms

These Terms are between you and the app developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
